FP Sports ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use the FP Sports mobile application ("App"), in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws.

  • Directly from you when creating an account or using the App

  • Through Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In authentication services

5. Push Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a service provided by Google LLC, to deliver notifications.

To provide notifications, Firebase may process:

  • Device notification token

  • Device type

  • Operating system information

  • App version

7. International Data Transfers

User account data is primarily stored on servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA), including DigitalOcean infrastructure located in the Netherlands.

Some service providers such as Google may process limited information outside the EEA. Where such transfers occur, appropriate safeguards are implemented, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

 

 

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary.

Typical retention periods include:

  • Account information: Until account deletion or 2 years after last activity

  • Authentication records: Same as account information

  • Preferences and settings: Until account deletion

  • Analytics data: Until consent withdrawal or up to 26 months

  • Advertising identifiers: Until consent withdrawal

  • Support communications: Up to 1 year after resolution

  • Technical logs and crash reports: Up to 90 days

  • Consent records: Up to 5 years after withdrawal or expiration

  • Financial and tax records (if applicable): Up to 10 years as required by law

After retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
